Class of 2026: Dylan Purter recently received an offer from the Houston Cougars.
Purter is a six-foot and 172-pound corner, which is good stature for his position.
The high school junior from Tuskegee, Alabama, announced the news on Twitter after talking to defensive backs coach Zac Etheridge.
“Im a tough gritty DB that doesn’t mind getting physical and I want to win a state championship and develop more as a player,” Purter said.
So far, the Cougars have a good defense, and it looks like the team plans to keep it that way by adding top defensive players like Purter, who are under the radar.
Purter does not know where he will land, but he wants to go to the school that feels right.
Purter said he would make a decision after he receives more offers.
Purter currently has six offers, including four from power house five schools.
