NEW YORK, NY(COUGARS DEN) — Former Houston Cougar (Houston native) Quentin Grimes has been off to a good start this season.

So far during this season Grimes has (PPG:11.3) (GP:71) (FG%.450) scored 22-points and has had three assists in the Knicks preseason game against the Boston Celtics. Saw 66 games last season and grew to be very productive and a good bench player. This is Grimes third season in the NBA, and it just might be one for the books.

Prior to the NBA:

As a first-year student at Kansas, Grimes averaged 8.4 points, 2.5 rebounds and 2.0 assists per game. In 2019 Grimes transferred to Houston and began to play as a starter. Bottom Line:

Grimes has been proven successful after leaving Kelvin Sampson’s program.
