Video: Tulsa On His Mind

The Houston Cougars have had some pretty memorable games with the Tulsa Golden Hurricane over the last few years. Last year's final game of the season on a Friday morning after Thanksgiving was for the right to play for the Conference USA Championship, two years before that was the famous Matt Hogan field goal game.
Sitting in the stands that night when Hogan boomed the game winning field goal after a tremendous comeback for was a young offensive lineman from a suburb of Tulsa, Broken Arrow to be exact, named Rowdy Harper who was verbally committed to those very Cougars that danced all over the field that night.

Throw in the fact that Harper's dad also played for Tulsa and there are just too many ties to the program for this game not to mean something to him.
Harper talked with the media on Tuesday about the ties to Tulsa which Houston plays this Saturday as well as the excitement of it being Homecoming week and more.
CougarsDen was on hand and brings this video of Harper's time with the media.
