After losing to SMU in an embarrassing fashion Thursday night 72-42 the one things the Cougars program needs is to get on to the next game.
After finding out late Monday night unexpectedly that quarterback David Piland will in fact be back for this Saturday's game with UTEP after suffering from concussion like symptoms from a late hit he took in the SMU game, it looks as though the Cougars will be in good position to wash the bad taste out of their mouths.
On Tuesday several players met with the media including junior defensive end Zeke Riser who talked about the SMU performance, the new uniforms and more.
CougarsDen was on hand and brings this video of Riser's comments.
