Houston players load the transfer portal

The Houston Cougars have struck a match and lit up the transfer portal just months after the new coaching staff changes.

Quarterback Lucas Coley will not be returning to Houston after only two seasons at the University. During his time at Houston he only appeared in a total of four games after transferring from Arkansas.

Junior Linebacker Treylin Payne will not be returning to Houston after having two starts last season. Payne spent two seasons at Houston.
